April 13, 2012 – Consumer advocates, industry representatives, government regulators, technologists, and academics are all invited to take part in an upcoming Federal Trade Commission (FTC) workshop, titled "Paper, Plastic . . . or Mobile?” An FTC Workshop on Mobile Payments." The workshop, which is held on April 26, will examine a wide range of issues, including the technology and business models used in mobile payments.
