Regulatory Relief for Community Banks and Credit Unions

Good morning, Chairman Shelby, Ranking Member Brown, and distinguished Members of the Committee. My name is Candace Franks. I serve as the Bank Commissioner for the State of Arkansas and I am the current Chairman of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS).
